These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded between Paris by light and its customers.

Nature of the products:

The items offered are primarily vintage or antique pieces. They may show patina, signs of wear, or restorations (most often) related to their age. The descriptions and photographs aim to accurately reflect their condition.


Price :

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Paris by light reserves the right to modify them, but all orders are billed at the rate in effect at the time of registration.


Order and payment:

All confirmed orders are final. Payment is made by credit card, bank transfer, or in installments (via a payment provider). Orders are shipped or made available for pickup at the workshop only after payment has been received and by appointment.


Delivery and collection:

- Free delivery in France for orders over €200

- International delivery available upon request: please contact us.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Paris by Light cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs formalities.


Right of withdrawal:

The customer has a legal period of 14 days to withdraw (see Return Policy).
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sales concluded in showrooms or to items that have been specifically personalized or restored.


Guarantees:

As the products are vintage, no "new" type commercial warranty applies. Mandatory legal warranties (against hidden defects) remain in effect.


Responsibility :

Paris by light is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or use of the products.


Personal data:

The data collected is necessary for order processing. It is confidential and processed in accordance with the GDPR.


Applicable law:

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.

Return policy :

Returns are free, the customer has 14 days to withdraw in accordance with current French law.
